Volunteer Events/Calendar

• January 22 - April 30 - Bridge-to-Action & The Ambler Theater Join to Support The Ambler Food Cupboard. When you go to a movie, place Non-perishable Food Items in the Collection Box in the Theater Lobby. We’ll do the Rest!
• October 11 - [Note Date Change!] BTA and Temple University Ambler "Recyclable Art Project for Children." On Columbus Day, Bridge To Action and Temple University are co-sponsoring a "reprise" of BTA's Spring Art Workshop. We need volunteers on the 11th any time from 10:00 AM (set-up) to 7:00 PM (clean-up). Workshop hours are from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Student Center, Bright Hall, Temple University Ambler Campus.
  Please bring children to participate and/or volunteer to assist with this workshop.

• September 25 - This week Habitat for Humanity
  Because of the immediacy of this event please call Lindley directly and tell her that you are a Bridge To Action Volunteer. 
  I volunteered on Saturday and there is a lot more work to do. 
  Please help if you can. the Re-Store is located Foundry Road, off of Germantown Pike, approximately 15 minutes, going west, past the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Look for the Direct Buy Sign on the left, that is Foundry Road. If you cross over Trouper then you have just missed Foundry.
  Volunteers Needed for Grand Opening. We need all hands on deck and are looking for volunteers on Saturday & every day next week (Tue-Fri) to help get our offices, ReStore & construction warehouse in tip-top shape for our Grand Opening event on the 25th! There is some organizing, cleaning and lots of painting to be done.

• January 20 - On Wednesday, Jan 20, 5% of total sales at the Whole Foods in Ply Mtg will be donated directly to Paul Fly Elementary (Marissa and Kaylees school). If you're in the area and feel the urge.... please help our little school!!! Not sure if you have to tell them at the register or not.
